A Little Reminder to Slow Down on the Job

Some days on the job give you more than just work to think about. We were heads-down on a busy day when we noticed a mourning dove had made herself right at home on the jobsite - nested in with a baby chick tucked underneath her. She wasn't moving for anyone.

That kind of thing has a way of stopping you in your tracks. It's a good reminder that the neighborhoods and communities we work in are full of life, and we get to be a small part of that every day. We don't take that lightly.

We work in people's homes and on their properties regularly. That means showing up with care - not just for the work, but for the space itself. Whether it's a high-ceiling rotunda with recessed lighting and skylights or a straightforward service call, we treat every job like it matters.
